A General Contractor First, Not a Roofing Sales Funnel
Timberwolf is a licensed general contractor, residential and commercial both. Roofing is one part of a broader relationship, not the whole business, and that changes the incentive.

What Backs That Up
- We publish the hard parts along with the pitch. Our Insurance Claims page walks through ACV vs. RCV, including when you don't need a claim at all
- We check back. Every job includes a scheduled 12-month follow-up inspection, so you don't have to remember to request one
- We name the materials and methods we use for this climate instead of making vague quality-materials claims
- Whole-exterior capability: residential and commercial exterior work, with vetted trade partners for specialized materials, backed by real contracts and insurance requirements
Not a Storm-Chasing Outfit
We’re not a storm-chasing company that drops into a neighborhood after a hailstorm and disappears when the claims are done. That's a common pattern in this market, and it's not ours. If a claim makes sense, we'll help. If it doesn't, we'll say so.

One Contractor for the Whole Exterior
Roofs, stucco, gutters, windows and doors all meet each other. On Albuquerque stucco homes, the joint where the roof meets a wall is one of the most common leak points, and fixing it right often means opening and patching the stucco. Because we handle stucco, gutters and windows and doors as well as the roof, one crew is responsible for how those pieces fit together, and you don't have to coordinate separate contractors.
We Publish What We Know
Our Learning Center has more than 70 guides written for Albuquerque's climate, from how to read a roofing estimate to how insurance pays for a roof. We state real product specs and don't use invented statistics. If you read a few of our guides before we meet, you'll know what questions to ask us.
