1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using timberwolfconstruction.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only. Any roofing work we perform for you is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties, and where these terms and that contract conflict, the signed contract controls.

2. What We Do

Timberwolf Construction Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured roofing contractor operating in New Mexico under NM Lic. #426379. We provide roof inspection, repair, replacement, storm and hail damage response, gutters, stucco, and commercial flat and low-slope roofing services in the Albuquerque metropolitan area and surrounding communities.

You can verify our license at any time through the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, Construction Industries Division. We encourage you to verify the license of any contractor you consider, including us.

3. Information on This Site Is General, Not Advice

Our Learning Center, Insurance Center, Financing Center, and materials pages exist to help you make an informed decision. That content is general information about roofing in a high-desert climate. It is not professional advice about your specific roof, and it is not legal, insurance, tax, or financial advice.

Roofs differ. Age, pitch, substrate, ventilation, prior repairs, and exposure all change the right answer. Do not rely on a web page in place of an inspection of your actual roof. We work to keep this content accurate and cite our sources where we make factual claims, but we do not warrant that everything is complete, current, or applicable to your situation.

4. Inspections, Estimates, and Quotes

• Submitting a request does not create a contract. It is a request for us to contact you. We may decline or be unable to schedule a request.
• Free Roof Reports are genuinely free and carry no obligation to purchase anything. We will tell you if you do not need work.
• Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Conditions concealed by existing roofing, decking, or insulation may not be discoverable until tear-off, and may change scope and price. Any change will be documented and approved by you before we proceed.
• Quoted pricing is valid for the period stated on the quote. Material costs move, and a quote left unaccepted may need to be refreshed.
• Scheduling depends on weather and safety. Roofing in monsoon season, high wind, or ice is unsafe, and we will reschedule rather than work in unsafe conditions.

5. Insurance Claims — What We Can and Cannot Do

Decisions about coverage, scope, depreciation, and payment are made by your insurer under your policy. Your deductible is your responsibility, and it is owed regardless of what any contractor tells you. Any contractor who offers to waive, absorb, rebate, or "eat" your deductible is describing something you should refuse — it exposes you to risk and can constitute insurance fraud.

If you want an independent representative to negotiate a claim for you, that role is filled by a licensed public adjuster, which is a separate licensed profession in New Mexico. We are glad to work alongside one.

6. Financing Information

Where we describe financing, we are describing options generally. We are not a lender, and we do not make credit decisions. Rates, terms, fees, and approval are set by the lender you choose, and their disclosures govern. Read them before signing. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a promise of approval.

7. Promotions and Offers

Promotional offers described on this site apply to qualifying projects as defined at the time the offer is made and confirmed in your written proposal. Offers may be changed or discontinued, but we honor what is written in a proposal you have already accepted. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so in writing.

Free Gutters Offer

Most full roof replacements qualify for new seamless gutters at no extra cost. Specifically, the offer applies when:

• The work is a full tear-off roof replacement — not a repair, and not a partial re-roof.
• The job is installed with GAF Timberline UHDZ or GAF Grand Sequoia shingles. Our entry-level GAF Timberline HDZ line does not qualify.
• The project is self-pay, with the offer confirmed in writing on your signed proposal.

For insurance-paid replacements, gutters are not automatically included, since scope and pricing on those jobs are set by your insurer, not by us. We will work to get gutters added to your approved claim scope, and we'll confirm in writing whether that was successful before any work begins.

Whether a specific project qualifies is confirmed during your Free Roof Report and locked in on your signed proposal — not assumed from anything stated elsewhere on this website.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to submit false or misleading information, submit requests on behalf of a property you neither own nor manage without authorization, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the site, or copy substantial portions of our content for commercial use without permission.

We may block access or refuse service where we reasonably believe this section has been violated.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of this site — text, photographs, layout, graphics, and the Timberwolf Construction Inc. name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print, and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Republishing our content commercially, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement, requires our written permission.

Manufacturer names, product names, and certification marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we install.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties for the Website

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the website itself, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

This section is about the website, not our work. Workmanship and materials warranties for work we actually perform are set out in your signed contract and in the applicable manufacturer warranty, and nothing here limits them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Mexico law, Timberwolf Construction Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. Our total liability arising out of the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or our obligations under a signed construction contract.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timberwolf Construction Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your submission of information you were not authorized to provide.

13. Third-Party Links

We link to outside resources, including state agencies, federal consumer-protection resources, and manufacturer documentation. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and their inclusion does not imply any relationship between us and those organizations.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, please call us. Most disagreements are resolved faster by a phone conversation than by a process, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the New Mexico Unfair Practices Act or other consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
